A clear brief gives sampling, quotations and shipment planning a shared starting point.

Collect your requirements
A product brief describes your intended product and expectations concisely. Include the product type, target users, sales market and scent direction. When improving an existing product, specify what you want to change. Keeping these details together reduces repeated questions.
Confirm technical details
Identify any unknown base, process or dosage information rather than guessing. Confirm these details with your technical team. The stage at which fragrance is introduced and the conditions for evaluation are useful inputs to the sampling discussion.
Structure sample feedback
Record the sample code, trial date and product base. Describe preferred aspects and requested changes separately. A fresher opening or a softer finish can be more informative than a general score. Share observations after evaluating the sample in your finished product.
Plan the commercial order
Confirm the selected product code, quantity, packaging expectations, delivery destination and requested shipment date. For exports, share the destination country and buyer’s document expectations early, and confirm requirements for the specific order. Use the same product identification from sample approval through the commercial order.
